We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns/exchanges will be accepted only if the product is unused, unworn and with all tags intact.
Please email us at contactus@bcozzy.com for submitting a return request. Our support team will respond to you with instructions on how and where to ship your return to. Please do not ship the product to the address on the packing slip. Doing so will delay your refund or exchange.
If the return is not received within 30 days, the return/exchange will not be honored.
We do not have free returns and exchanges. You are responsible for shipping the order back at your own expense.
You can get a refund for the returned product, but not for the shipping charges.
BCOZZY LLC is responsible for the quality of the product. If you received a defective product please email us at contactus@bcozzy.com and attach photos of the defect and we will replace it. In this case the shipping charge will be at BCOZZY LLC expense.
It can take up to 14 business days from the time we receive the package from you to process the return/exchange and issue a refund. If it has been more than 14 days, please email us on contactus@bcozzy.com with the tracking number.
IMPORTANT- Only For Customers Outside USA:
The customs fee on the replacement item may or may not apply depending on the import rules of the respective country.
BCOZZY LLC will not be liable for any customs charges.
* If you refuse to take delivery of the Product(s), as a result of import taxes, customs duties, and fees, BCOZZY LLC reserves the right to charge you for the return cost of the Product(s). This amount will be deducted from your refund once the item is received at our warehouse.
